When will my package arrive after placing an order?

All U.S. domestic packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. International shipping times will vary depending on your location. Refer to shipping times at checkout or email us. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

 

What method is used for shipping?

All U.S. domestic packages are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer returns?

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact returns@flipnhats.com to discuss an exchange or refund.

Flip'N Hats does not pay for return shipping unless product is damaged.

Customer may be subject to additional shipping/handling charges for exchanges. Product must be in original condition with tags for returns.

Returns must be submitted and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

 

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS or DHL. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges. Customer is responsible for duties & taxes. Please email us if you have questions.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

 

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@flipnhats.com with your inquiry.

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Flip'N Hats member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates & discounts in the future.

 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct as we are not be able to edit these once your order has been processed.

 

Do you offer discounts and promotion?
