COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES:

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $25

We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $25, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories included.

 

Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If items are "in-stock" they are delivered within 5-10 business days from your purchase date. International orders can take 10-15 days depending on customs. 

Please note shipping times may be extended around Holidays.

 

International Shipping

Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at the time of delivery. Flip'N Hats is not responsible for any taxes or fees.

 

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact returns@flipnhats.com to discuss an exchange or refund.

Flip'N Hats does not pay for return shipping unless product is damaged.

Customer may be subject to additional shipping/handling charges for exchanges. Product must be in original condition with tags for returns.

Returns must be submitted and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
